To engage the final boss, Malkonis D'Morte, you must talk to four NPCs hidden behind breakable walls. These NPCs must be spoken to in a precise order that is randomized with every zone reset. To break the walls, you must place and ignite a barrel next to the wall. There is a limited number of barrels and they do not respawn. If you ignite the barrel next to the incorrect breakable wall, no NPC will be there and you will not be able to engage the final boss.
To know which breakable wall has the correct NPC behind it, you must use Doodaddle's Soul Sensor while standing next to it. Doodaddle's Soul Sensor is looted from a maroon-colored skeleton named, 'Doodaddle's Remains', which spawns randomly on the ground in either of the two passageways. While using Doodaddle's Soul Sensor in front of a breakable wall, if you get a notice saying 'The sensor is silent', that is the incorrect wall - do not ignite the barrel. If you get a message saying that you hear something on the other side, that is the correct breakable wall - it is safe to ignite the barrel. You will get a fresh barrel in a correctly chosen room. As a safety precaution, do not ever left-click the barrel. Only ever right-click the barrel and you can safely choose to either move it or ignite it.
Furthermore, this breakable-wall step must be done before you kill the third boss, Treyloth D'Kulvith. If you kill Treyloth before talking to the NPCs, Malkonis will laugh and fly away.
Follow these directions exactly:
Before killing any boss, search the passageways for 'Doodaddle's Remains'.
Once found, use the Soul Sensor next to each breakable wall until you find the correct one and remember it.
In the room with the first boss, Zylphax the Shredder, you are given the first barrel. After killing Zylphax, right-click the barrel and move it the correct breakable wall and ignite it.
Speak to the NPC in the room and click through all their dialogue.
Search for the next correct breakable wall.
When found, return to the previous room, pick up the barrel and move it to the correct breakable wall and ignite it.
Repeat this process until all four walls have been broken in the correct order and all NPCs have been spoken to. Malkonis will no longer fly away after Treyloth has been killed.
Kill Othysis Muravian.
Kill Treyloth D'Kulvith.
Click the painting at /waypoint 114, 3, -52.
Click the lever behind it.
Kill Malkonis D'Morte.
When you enter the zone there will be three werewolves directly ahead of you. Have two people click the bone piles on either side of the front room simultaneously to make some of the wolves go away and then pull what is left. If you don't do this you end up with 4 or 5 werewolves at one time.

STRATEGY
Every 20 seconds, Zylphax the Shredder will drop a vase and say “Oops, did I drop that?” The vase will trigger Stench of Death 4 seconds after being dropped.
Zylphax the Shredder will emote “Come Here” and teleport and fear the lowest member on the threat list.
SUGGESTED TIPS
High Noxious resists. Tank in corner. Have an OT hit the mob with a small attack on pull then stop DPS in order to remain lowest threat and avoid healers from being teleported. Joust Stench of Death AOE.
ORIGINS NOTE
Bug reporting states the mob is teleporting Group 4 exclusively. The “Come Here” emote doesn’t appear to port anyone. Leaving Group 4 dead is reportedly breaking the script entirely.

STRATEGY:
Othysis Muravian has an autoattack that hits for crushing as well as disease.
When the name emotes “Through the portal now!” Heroic mobs (De’Morte preserver) will spawn (every 35 seconds).
If Othysis Muravian is under 50% Health and an add gets within range, the name will heal.
If anyone dies to Prone of Corruption it will not spawn an Epic add, however the mob can be burned easily
with a full burn on the named.
Anytime someone gets pointed to by the name, they will be stunned as long as their Epic x2 counterpart is
alive.
Othysis Muravian ONLY points a finger after having steady aggro on the same person for 25 seconds. Rotate
enchanter threat reset spells such as Phase, Allies, and Amnesia to avoid this. Tanks regain aggro and burn the name.
SUGGESTED TIPS:
All Enchanters in raid macro “/r Tank-Swap” to Phase, Amnesia, and Illusory Ally Spells. Then save the custom
trigger below. This will enable a recurring timer for avoiding x2 add spawns during this fight.

STRATEGY:
Treyloth D’Kulvith has two AOEs:
• Reaching Rot (hits anyone standing 10+ meters away)
• Searing Rot (hits anyone standing closer than 5 meters)
To avoid this, the raid should ALL maintain ~7 meters at all times.
Treyloth D’Kulvith memwipes at 75%, 50%, and 25%. Use blockers where possible until the raid readjusts
their 7m positions.
Treyloth D’Kulvith will hit the raid with an arcane detriment. While active, the name will reflect all damage.
Stop attacks until removed.
SUGGESTED TIPS:
Setup raid positioning pre-pull and quickly adjust once mob is settled.

STRATEGY:
ONLY activate when the entire raid is in position by clicking the picture on the rear wall then pulling
the switch.
Tank Malkonis D’Morte in the back corner with the raid behind. Knock-up every 20 seconds.
Every 15% a coffin becomes active. One person destroys it. Killing the coffin spawns a heroic add. Burn add
then resume on name.
Destroying a coffin deals ~90% raid damage—ensure healers/wards are ready.
Bats fly overhead; use rear corner to avoid extra adds.
SUGGESTED TIPS:
Save AOE blockers for final 15% burn. Kill final add then full burn on name.
