Debuff: Strength, 1118

Skull Crack- inflicts melee and crushing damage with crushing dot.
Iron Vortex- Knockback, AOE with dot proximity ranged-slashing damage.
Ilyan
Level: 82^^^ Epic x4
Melee Damage: Piercing
Non-Melee Abilities: He’s an illusionist with all the typical illy tricks of mental damage.
Entyr
Level: 82^^^ Epic x4
Melee Damage: Piercing
Non-Melee Abilities:
Dissolve-dot-Poison damage
Stunning Shards- AOE with dot-magic damage
Cataclysm- AOE with dot-Poison damage
While going to Uzdrak there will be a roamer pair that paths this way and a Runic guardian at the top of the stairs leading to him. Go ahead and kill them and get them out of the way.
As you pass by Uzdrak, you will see he is non-aggro. He is surrounded by bookshelves on both sides (this will come into play later).
The MT group will remain up top, while the rest of the raid make their way further down. On either side of the bottom of the stairs is a room, one room contains a runic guardian and Ilyan and the other a runic guardian and Entyr.
The main body of the raid will position themselves at the bottom of the stairs in a cluster. The OT will pull the names out one by one without getting the runic guardian. It is important that he pulls them out enough to not aggro the guardian but still allowing for the raid to maintain distance from the AOEs.
The MT will prop himself against one of the bookcases up top to prevent getting bounced around the room, while the rest of the group shimmy’s themselves into an opposite bookshelf on the same side of the room.
The OT group will pull either Ilyan or Entyr (does not really matter it is dealers’ choice). Once one of them is engaged Uzdrak will become aggo and will need the MT to engage.
Once Ilyan and Entyr are dead the raid comes goes back upstairs to the MT group and continues killing Uzdrak.
Atrebe's Statue
Level: 84^^^ Epic x4
Health: 99,603,674
Debuff: Strength, 1118
Melee Damage: Slashing
Non-Melee Abilities:
Sebilisian Sporecloud- AOE with dot, tiered by distance-poison damage.
Force of Atrebe-AOE with dot tosses raid in the air and pulls them to mob-magic damage.
The player who looted and equipped a strange box (drop from Uthtak/Aktar fight will need to activate statue by right clicking on the statue and select the option “Press Glowing Gem on the Cryptic Device”.
Joust the 2 AOE’s, which increase in damage the closer you are to the mob. Healers need to cure immediately or use potions.
The force of Atrebe will kick you in the direction you are facing, if you are facing the mob, it will pull you to him and if you are facing away, you will get knockback.
There are several ways to position for this fight.
Raid stands on one wall, and tank stands on catty corner wall. All the raiders who can attack, heal, cure facing away from the mob, faces into a wall corner. Those who must be in melee range or facing the targets back get in range but be prepared to joust on call.
An alternate position finds the raid against the wall as previously done, with the exception that the tank remains in the center of the room for the fight just outside his gazebo.
A final less used approach is to have the raid stand in the gazebo and the MT hold Atrebe against the opposite wall, then the raid jousts, or turns their back to the mob at the appropriate time.
Uthtak the Cruel and Aktar the Dark
Level: 84^^^ Epic x4
Health: 91,216,790
Debuff: Wisdom, 904
Melee Damage: Piercing
Non-Melee Abilities:
Noxious Mist- AOE- poison damage, stun/stifle
Drops: “a small box”
The encounter included Aktar the Dark and Uthtak the cruel with 3 adds, all linked.
On pull, the OT will pull Uthtak the Cruel and his adds to one corner. The adds will taunt the OT and force him to stay on that target. The adds should be burned down as fast as possible, then turn to Uthtak the Cruel.
Meanwhile the MT and MT group will hold Aktar the Dark in the opposite corner away from the raid. No damage can be done to Aktar until after Uthtak and friends are dead.
Aktar casts Noxious Mist which can be rather nasty. Members of the MT group should max range the named, or joust. Less geared, less resistant raiders will die to the AOE. It is important to cure this as soon as you can. Noxious Mist is interruptible. If the MT group does not have a swash, one from another group can come join the MT group on Aktar, healers just need to keep an eye on him to keep him healed and cured.
Once Uthtak is down, the raid will join the MT group in killing a now killable Aktar, but mind the distance and the joust as Noxious Mist will still be in play.
Zarda and Kodux
The twins from hell
Level: 84^^^ Epic x4
Health: 73,880,695
Debuff: Strength. 965
(There are 2 assassins hiding in the waterfalls that must be cleared before fighting)
The key to this fight is to keep the twins separated. If they meet, they will get a BLUE AURA and will one shot players.
Zarda and Kodux mem-wipe often. They target players and teleport them to the middle of the waterfall room, then sprint after them. Tanks will need to use taunt/rescue and coercers thought snap to get them back to their perspective places.
They have a short-range knock-up that occurs if you are doing damage to them.
Mana draining the twins is essential to prevent the class abilities allowing them to heal outside of the 25% range, causing a raid wipe.
Positioning
The raid is split in half MT group plus 1 group, and OT group with 1 group. When splitting the groups, it is important to consider the dps compositions of each half to keep a steady even burn. If possible, having 2 inquisitors for this fight makes the mana drain that much easier. The inquisitor’s inquisition placed on a player who has fast casting (illy or swash) will make short work of the mana.
One tank group will go down the hallway for Zarda, and the other down the hall for Kodux. Typically, the tank and mob will be tagged with the same symbol, however some raid groups tag each player with the symbol for their assigned twin.
Once the MT has engaged the mob, the other twin will engage as well.
Keep both twins within 20% of each other.
Mana drain, mana drain, Mana drain. This is of the utmost importance.
When someone is ported, they should remain in the middle for a moment to allow the tanks to grab back the mob and take it back to their perspective sides. There is a great chance that players will perish in the center room, so dirges and necros should be ready with the rezzes.
Selrach Di'Zok- The Overking
Level: 84^^^ Epic x4
Health: 141,063,026
Debuff: Strength, 1118
Melee Damage: Crushing
Non-Melee Abilities:
Concussive Blast- (50 sec) AOE, interrupts and stuns- Magic damage.
Overking’s Inferno-(30 sec) AOE proximity based – heat damage.
Healing Abilities:
Overking will heal for 2% of maximum health for each player who dies while he is under 50%.
Strategy
Overking involves a lot of curing. It is not a bad idea to add a third healer to the MT group, if resists or gear are not ideal.
The MT will frequently get taunted by Overking, as such he should make a /target Selrach macro.
When positioning the main raid should stay together. This allows for easy curing and less damage to the players of a squishier variety.
The MT will go to the center of the pillars and pull Overking. He does tend to reset, so do not be surprised if you need to do this a couple of times. It is a good idea to use Blockers on pull.
DPS should refrain from engaging until the MT has Overking and his adds in place against the pillar. Once the MT gives the go ahead the raid can begin working on the adds.
There will be a continuous spawn of weaker adds that stun casters called mentalists. When the waves of adds spawn, kill the mentalists first. The OT will be gathering up the adds and bringing them close enough to the raid that they are able to AOE them down. They do kill often on incoming, so having the OT intercept them and bring them in cuts down on player deaths.
(These are heroic mobs, and a warlock’s null caress can be employed to send them off)
In between spawns of adds, debuffs should be reapplied to Overking and damage as able.
During the fight 2 AOEs occur. Concussive Blast, which is weak and Overking’s Inferno, which as the name implies, is heat based, with proximity damage. Jousting to 15 meters will lessen the damage.
At 55%, he will emote and rais his sword in the air. The MT should start spamming the Wand of Intervention (make sure this person is cured of all detriments so they can spam the wand, even better is to have more than one person with wand in raid). This will disable is brutal AOE.
After the wand has been used on the Overking, he will start calling in the flames form the fire pots around his throne. It is imperative that they do not reach the Overking. If they get to the Overking, it will wipe the raid. BE WARNED if you target the flames before they get far enough from the throne area, they will port you to the Overking and you will die, it is also possible the flame will come with you, and everyone will die. Allowing the flames to funnel through the pillars (left, right, or middle) and then being brought to the raid to AOE down is the safest method.
