Strat for the three hidden chests in the Boudour of Lady Zanne

If you choose to try to spawn the chests, you will enter the Ballroom and go up the left side of the stairs to the second floor. Kill any adds you come along, but do not kill the named in the ball room.

Work your way down the left hallway until you come to the Parlor of Quiescence. Sibia the Steward paths in this room, you do not want to engage/kill her.

Sibia will path from the parlor to the next room, which contains the coffin. Once she is in the room, she will cross to the other side of the room towards Gaivin.

When she is out of the room you can start pulling trash into the hall to be killed. After the trash leading to the next door is killed, wait for her to path towards Gaivin and then run through the room into the next room, taking the mob in the hall with you.

When you are in the room with the coffin, there will be other adds around the room, have the group kill the mobs while someone clicks the coffin.

From here you can either bunch up in the corner near the hidden panel or go through the hidden panel (Locations), to avoid aggroing Sibia.

Sibia will come to the coffin and see that someone has touched it and become non-aggro.

Go through the hidden panel and work your way to the Exalted Refectory and Kill Kristalin the Secretary (Tank and spank). Work your way down the ramp and into the next room.

While in Master’s Private Library, Clear the trash and kill Rhul’maldis the Librarian.

After Rhul’maldis is dead, work your way back through the hidden passageway to the coffin room, once you exit the coffin room the wall panel on the right should highlight.

Click the wall and enter the room. Once in the room you will find Primogen Daishiroou and Primogen Laenzuo (they debuff for the other mob, but only one mob will engage and the other will be rooted until the one you are fighting dies).

After they are dead, the three chests will be in the back right of the room. The first one is looted normally, but with the other two you will need to right click on them and click the second open choice.

After they are dead proceed through the zone, slaughtering it all.

Foyer of the Visitant

First room off the entry. Just clear the trash in the room.

Statues for Good Housekeeping at the top left and right of the stairs just before leaving room. (124.50, 11.00, -20.50) and (124.50, 11.00, 20.50).

If questing, follow the hall straight to get to the Servant’s Antechamber.

Taechun Welby, NPC gives Good Housekeeping quest. (The quest line appears to give access to hidden rooms, but as of Varsoon, it does not seem to affect anything)

Go back down the hall and to the Grand Ballroom on the left.

Grand Ballroom

You are going to want to clear the room of trash mobs, being mindful of the named. The named does bounce you up, so clearing the upper level is not a bad idea.

The top left and right again have statues for Good House Keeping quest (132.50, 23.00, -152.00) and (216.00, 23.00, -151.50). You will also find unwanted houseguests for the Unwanted Guests quest on the upper level of the Grand Ballroom.

Phantom of the Symphonia-Will come with last set of trash generally. He spawns a duplicate during the fight. Just ignore the duplicate and burn the named. He does elemental damage that is curable and will bounce you up to the next floor. Wedging yourself into the columns will help but you will still bounce around some.

Galleria of Rememberance

5 Suits of Armor in the alcoves of this room that need to be polished for Good Housekeeping. The suits can spawn a mob once polished.

Once you have cleared the trash from the room, you can focus on Ra’zul the Gallery Curator.

Ra’zul is a DPS check. Focus on him and do not worry about the 2 friends he brings. If you do not kill him fast enough, he will drop the ceiling on you and kill the group (Note: the room door shuts when he is engaged, and there are no safe spaces in the room when the ceiling drops… just kill it quick).

Master's Private Library

Clear trash on the main floor.

Rhul’maldis the Librarian is usually on the stairs or landing, but can wander into the main floor. Generic tank and spank mob.

Exalted Refectory

Kristalin the Secretary- is at the top of the stairs. Tank and spank

Boudoir of Lady Zanne

As mentioned before, you will need to kill Rhul'maldis and Kristalin to unlock the room.

Primogen Daishiroou and Primogen Laenzuo – When you pull one of these mobs the other will remain rooted until the 1st one is dead. They will put a detriment on you that makes you more inclined to take damage from the other mob.

Queen Lenya Thex is laying on the bed, her journal is on the floor next to her.

If you managed to only kill the Secretary and the Librarian and distracted the Steward this room will also hold 3 chests as mentioned previously.
