This list ASSUMES you have the TSO 4 piece T4 turq adorns which grant group wide tenacity. NOTE Inquisitors WITHOUT TSO 4x Turqs should drop Act of War and simply run a total of 3x Tenacity to their group.
Inquisitor using TSO 4x Raid Turq Set will have 1 free concentration slot available. Suggest obtaining Necklace of Woven Flesh from Shard of Hate to fill this void. It’s a min/max method to gain more max health in using up that final concentration. This can be activated and then removed and the buff will persist.
