The default timer extender in ACT for Traumatic Swipe is not correct for TLE (at least on Varsoon). The problem originates from the fact that 50% reuse in EQ2 is not really 50% reuse, it's actually 33.3%, but the makers ACT's EQ2 plugin did not realize this when they coded it, so they programmed it as if it's a 1-to-1 ratio of time extended. *Shout out to Aurian and Riders of the Storm for their hard work solving this dilemma. *
First, download the plugin '[EQ2] Adjust/Monitor Timer Mods' from ACT's website. Link is here: https://advancedcombattracker.com/download.php?id=16
Save the file to a location on your hard drive where it will live and where you can easily locate it, but not in the base ACT folder. It can be in a subfolder you create inside the ACT folder, or somewhere else on your drive, but ACT prefers it not be in the base folder. I saved mine at this location:
C:\Users\'your-user-name-here'\AppData\Roaming\Advanced Combat Tracker\Plugins\
Once you've downloaded the file and you know where it's saved, open up ACT. Click on the Plugins button in the top ribbon.
Select 'Browse...'
Browse to the file location on your hard drive, select the file and click Open
That will bring you back to ACT. You should see the file path displayed to the TimerMods.cs file you downloaded. Click the 'Add/Enable Plugin' button.
There will now be a TimerMods.cs tab underneath the top ribbon. Click on it.
It should default to editing Traumatic Swipe. Adjust the 'Debuff Amount' to 34%. Then click the 'Add' button.
When it's successfully changed, you should see 'Traumatic Swipe | 34 (30s)' under Recast Mod Changes
