1.      Kill Opolla, in Blackburrow. ( -24, -16, 83 ) He will spawn and attack you as you enter the room.

2.      Examine the sword.

3.      Slay Redak, in The Chapel within Stormhold. ( 88, -16, -9 ) 

4.      Examine the sword.

5.      Go to Runnyeye in the Enchanted Lands and inspect the anvil (-10, 1, 5). Note: you must have an ebon cluster.

6.      Examine the sword.

7.      Kill 1,000 Sentient beings. Note: Low level zones, graveyards is the typical way to accomplish this or you can just let the quest update in the background as you continue doing your thing.

8.      Examine the sword.

9.      Kill Gynok Moltar, in Stormhold ( -149, 5, -99 ) 

10. Examine the sword. Note if you have completed Berik’s Revenge and have Berik, Sword of Thunder in your inventory you will be able to combine the two to create Electrified bone blade claymore. If you want to create this sword after the fact, you can return to the anvil in Runnyeye and Break Berik over the forge.
