Examining your spells will show you 2 icons for most spells. The 2nd icon corresponds to the symbol names used.
Heroic opportunities are opened with a specific Ability
Fighting Chance (Fighter)- Shield, Sword, Horn, Boot, Arm and Fist
Divine Providence (Priest)- Holy Symbols, Hammer, Chalice, Moon, Eye, and Druidic Stones
Lucky Break (Scout)- Lock, Dagger, Cloak, Mask, Bow and Coin
Arcane Augur (Mage)- Tome, Lightning, Flame, Star, Staff, and Wand
Starter Chain:
In the center of the chain is the previous step of the chain
Around the center are the possible branches of the chain represented by icons
Combat Wheel:
Can be ordered with a clockwork arrow in the center. When this is present spells and combat arts must be completed in order.
When the arrow in the center points in all directions, the spells and combat arts can be completed in any order
Spells and Combat arts will flash on the hot bars when they can advance the wheel.
You have 10 secs to complete the HQ once the Combat Wheel starts.
If you have two of the same archtype in a group make sure they know who will be completing the HO, one will progress the chain and the other will break it.
Under the combat wheel it will tell you the effect of the HO.
Scouts can change it. They can try to change it 5 times but must be done before any abilities have been used. The scout will need to use an ability with the coin icon.

If you are in a duo with a scout, let them start the chain
If mage and priest duo, let the mage start the chain.
If you are in a trio with a scout, let them start the chain
If you have at least one of each type, let the scout start the chain.
HO buffs have a 6 minute duration
HO group AOE and encounter AOE effects have radius of 25m.
